Biography
Zachary B. Aoki focuses his practice on trial and alternative dispute resolution. He represents his clients in state, federal, and alternative dispute forums and has significant trial and appellate experience. Examples of industries he has represented include: transportation, oil and gas, real estate, insurance, media, accounting, construction, financial and lending institutions and technology companies. He has written articles on copyright law, insurance law, professional malpractice and trial practice.
